Продукты: На одну порцию: 2х25 гр сливочного масла, 1 свежая рыбка (можно форель), 2 ломтика ветчины, соль, перец, лимонный сок - по вкусу, пищевая фольга.
Рецепт приготовления: На кусочек сливочного масла положить ветчину, затем - очищенную и выпотрошенную форель. Посолить, поперчить, брызнуть лимонным соком, накрыть еще одним кусочком ветчины и маслом. Все это обернуть фольгой и запекать в духовке 20 - 30 мин (если дождетесь ...).
